Frida Selander

Frida Selander is a swedish musician from Holmsund, close to Umeå in the north of Sweden. Influenced by Patti Smith, Neil Young and Nina Simone she produces music with strong vocals accompanied by rhyming guitars on her own label AMASONORA. She also plays bass guitar in the band "David sandström overdrive".

So far she has released 5 solo albums. Her debut album "Be the knight" was released in 2006 followed by two albums in 2007. "Happy Knocks” which included outtakes from “Be The Knight” and the album “My Dance” which was written especially for a puppet theatre performance with the same name. Kajsa Grytt

Kajsa Grytt born June 20th, 1961 in Stockholm is a Swedish punk icon, guitarist, singer and songwriter. Sister of Per Grytt.

Kajsa Grytt was singer and guitarist in the band Tant Strul (1979-1985) and the duo Kajsa & Malena (1985-1988 and 1998), she also wrote most of the songs. In 1990 Kajsa formed the short-lived duo De missanpassade (Swedish for "The Misfits"), together with Johan Johansson from KSMB. Kajsa is now a solo artist who made a critically acclaimed comeback in 2003 and since then she has often played with David Giese. She has so far made four solo albums - on the latest album, Brott & Straff ("Crime & punishment", released in March 2006), several of the lyrics were written by female prisoners in Sweden.
