Dub Incorporation (FR)

Dub Incorporation is a French Reggae band which was founded in 1997. They sing their songs in French and partially in Arabic. The band comes from Saint-Etienne. There they started their career, but in the meantime they are further sucessfull in, for example, Germany.
Dub Incorporation has published 5 disks: Their first disk (Dub incorporation 1,1) was published in April 2000, the second (Version 1.2) followed in June 2001. Their two most sucessfull and most popular disks are Diversité (September 2003) and Dans le Décor (August 2005). On October, 24th 2006 they published their first live-disk. Read more on . Max Romeo (JM)

Max Romeo (born Maxwell Livingston Smith, 22 November 1947, St. D'Acre, St. Ann, Jamaica), is a reggae and roots reggae recording artist who has achieved chart success in his home country, and in the UK. The singer who put the rude in rude boy, Max Romeo was responsible for launching an entirely new sub-genre of reggae, whose overtly suggestive lyrics caused an outcry but took a massive hold of the music scene regardless. Yet innuendo was the least of the singer's stylings, previous to the release of his infamous "Wet Dream," Romeo had garnered a string of sweet hits with the vocal trio the Emotions. And once the nocturnal naughtiness faded, the singer established himself as one of the most important figures in the roots scene.

Looptroop Rockers

Looptroop Rockers are a Swedish rap/hip-hop group from Västerås, Sweden and have their own record company DvsG (David vs. Goliath). The band consist of three members: producer/DJ Embee and the lyricists/ Promoe & Supreme. Since CosM.I.C left the group they call themselves Looptroop Rockers, instead of Looptroop as they did before. CosM.I.C returned to the band in 2010 and is featured on the album "Professional Dreamers".

The Looptroop Rockers have released two albums under that name, "Good Things", on the 23 of April, 2008, and "Professional Dreamers", on the 9 of March, 2011. Busy Signal (JM)

Born in the garden parish of St Ann, Busy Signal - born Reanno Gordon - started singing hymns at his Mother's church, which is where he received his first encore. When church was over, Reanno would sit on the corner with his friends and flip the devotional lyrics, until his Mother's guiding hand cautioned him for altering the Lord's songs. Reanno continued performing at school, beating his fists in time on his desk and deejaying Bounty Killer's songs (he claims to know all of Bounty's lyrics) before progressing to his own material.
