Apoptygma Berzerk is a Norwegian ebm/futurepop/synthrock musical group, formed in 1989. The current lineup includes Stephan Groth (vocals, programming, guitars, samples), Brandon Smith (guitars) and Thomas Jakobsen (drums). The group has achieved moderate commercial success with a unique brand of gloomy, danceable gothic synthpop, winning awards and Top-10 spots in Germany and Scandinavia. The band's name is commonly abbreviated to APOP or APB.
In 1989, Stephan Groth and Jon Erik Martinsen formed Apoptygma Berzerk in Norway. They wrote several songs, one of them "Ashes To Ashes" would later be released as a 12" single on the Norwegian label Tatra Productions in 1991. Martinsen left the band shortly afterwards feeling uncomfort...
Tyske Ludder is a EBM / industrial / Dark Electro band formed in Lower Saxony, Germany in 1989.
The phrase Tyske Ludder directly translated means "German whore" in Danish and Norwegian and was used in those countries to describe a native woman that was romantically involved with a German soldier during World War II.
In the beginning of the 90s Tyske Ludder set the course for their work as pioneers in the european EBM and Dark-Electro scene. Coming up from the New-Wave and New-Romantic scene they developed very early their meditations on the predominance of technology in our society. Nightmare-like visions of the then-raging war in Yugoslavia as well as the recurring military enforcement of the United States' claim for world dom...
SPARK! is a swedish EBM act, which started off as straight forward old school EBM in 2007. The band has gone through a big development in style within electronic music, where starting with their second release in 2009, they adopted more melodic and sometimes more pop-oriented sound. In 2012 their third album barely had any references to old school and anhalt EBM. In 2014 the band's vocalis left due to personal reasons, and Matthias alone created the next album, where each track featured a different vocalist from various bands in EBM and industrial scene.
Ever since the beginning the band has been a huge success in German underground scene, despite that the band exclusively released material in Swedish language.

1) Page is a Swedish Synth Pop band. Page is often credited with being the first band to bring synthpop music to Sweden. Their music and band members (particularly Eddie Bengtsson) influenced many subsequent Swedish synthpop acts, including Elegant Machinery, S.P.O.C.K, Sista Mannen På Jorden and KieTheVez.
Formed in 1980 by Eddie Bengtsson and Marina Schiptjenko (and soon joined by Anders Eliasson) the band quickly gained underground cult-status releasing many singles such as Dansande man, Som skjuten ur en kanon, Blå fötter and Som en vind.

As possibly Sweden's finest synthpop act you find the original duo of brothers Jarmo Ollila and Jouni Ollila (famous from acts like Daily Planet, Pouppée Fabrikk, La Vouge etc) later joined by their good friend Magnus Lindström on tour and becoming a permanent member on the following albums to date.
The production, the melodies and not least a strong personal vocal performance has brought them to the absolute top among the classic synthpop-acts in Scandinavia.
Mr Jones Machine rocket started their career with 2005's success album "New Wave". An album with English lyrics about the glamorous life and its flipsides, performed with great sincerity and respect for the new wave and new romantic heritage of classic synthpop.
