Eternal Oath

There are two bands named "Eternal Oath"

1) Eternal Oath is a Swedish Death/Goth metal band, originally formed in 1991 by Ted Jonsson, Petri Tarvainen and Joni Mäensivu.

Having gone through some financial difficulties and problems with their record companies Eternal Oath managed to release four albums. Their full-length albums "Righteous" and "Wither" were mixed and engineered by Fredrik Nordström, who has worked with such acts as In Flames, Arch Enemy, At the gates and Dark Tranquillity.

They split-up in 2007 but re-united in 2011 with promise of upcoming material sometime in 2013.

Demonical was spawned in March 2006 - by former Centinex members Johan Jansson (guitars & vocals), Martin Schulman (bass) and Ronnie Bergerståhl (drums) - with a mission to return to the roots of death metal and deliver a sheer dose of darkness and brutality.

The first audio assault - a four track promo attack entitled "Bloodspell Divine" - was recorded at Necromorbus Studios during July the same year. The disc packed with true swedish hellfire received great reviews and reactions within the scene and led to several offers from interested labels.

October Tide

October Tide is a melodic death doom metal band founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 1994 by Jonas Renkse and Fredrik Norrman (of Katatonia). They released two full-length albums: Rain Without End (recorded in 1995, yet released only in 1997 on Vic Records) and Grey Dawn (1999, originally on Avantgarde, re-issued in 2007 via Peaceville) before disbanding because their "inspiration ran dry" and because Renkse & Norrman decided to fully concentrate on Katatonia instead.
