Mando Diao

Mando Diao are a rock band from Borlänge, Sweden. According to the band, the name Mando Diao has no meaning at all, but rather appeared to band member Björn Dixgård in a dream. Their sound is influenced by The Animals and Oasis.

The roots of Mando Diao date back to 1995 when Björn Dixgård was a member of a band called Butler. Band members came and went; four years later, the remaining line-up chose to proceed more seriously in their musical efforts. Björn Dixgård and Gustaf Norén locked themselves up in a summer house and spent six months writing songs. Ellinor Olovsdotter, known by her stage name Elliphant, is a Swedish pop artist. Her unique sound has been likened to a cross between M.I.A. and Diplo. The artist name Elliphant, was said to be a play on words between her name and the saying "Elephant in the room." She has featured in the media for her unique sound, including The Guardian and NME. Her debut single Tekkno Scene featured on the award winning video game, FIFA 13. In 2013 she released her first EP, which was self-titled. Looptroop Rockers

Looptroop Rockers are a Swedish rap/hip-hop group from Västerås, Sweden and have their own record company DvsG (David vs. Goliath). The band consist of three members: producer/DJ Embee and the lyricists/ Promoe & Supreme. Since CosM.I.C left the group they call themselves Looptroop Rockers, instead of Looptroop as they did before. CosM.I.C returned to the band in 2010 and is featured on the album "Professional Dreamers".

The Looptroop Rockers have released two albums under that name, "Good Things", on the 23 of April, 2008, and "Professional Dreamers", on the 9 of March, 2011. Emil Jensen

Emil Jensen is a Swedish singer-songwriter/poet. He sings in a broad southern accent of Swedish (skånska), accompanied by mostly accoustic instruments such as guitar and piano on his two earlier records, and a greater variety of electronic tunes on his latest record ("Orka då", 2006).

His characteristic live shows consists of equal parts stand up comedy, poetry slam - Emil has won the Swedish poetry slam championship twice, and reached the fourth place in the world championship in Rotterdam - and music. The songs are usually simplified versions, allowing Emil to perform them alone, accompanying himself on the piano.
