Scott Henderson (US)

Born in 1954, Scott Henderson grew up in an era where blues-rock was at it's peak. His formative musical years took place in South Florida where he played the clubs with all kinds of bands playing everything from Led Zeppelin to James Brown. As he was learning his instrument, Henderson was influenced by Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, Ritchie Blackmore, and the great blues guitarists Albert King and Buddy Guy.
Even though Henderson claims to be more of a blues-rock player, it was the influence of jazz that led him to the style of playing and composing that he is now famous for.

Dennis Chambers (US)

Dennis Chambers is an American drummer who has recorded / performed with many, including: Parliament / Funkadelic, Santana, Steely Dan, John Scofield and John McLaughlin.

Despite a complete lack of formal training, Chambers has become well-known among drummers for his impressive technique. Chambers is particularly regarded for his ability to play "in the pocket" with many notable funk and fusion bass players. Chambers exhibits a style that is technically proficient yet, unlike many other virtuoso musicians, highly musical and groove-oriented.

Jeff Berlin (UK)

A flexible and powerful electric bassist, Jeff Berlin has been one of the major fusion bassist since the mid-'70s. His father sang opera and his mother played piano. Berlin had nine years of violin lessons starting from when he was five and was considered a child prodigy, appearing with orchestras in New York City. However when he was 14 he switched directions and began playing electric bass; Jack Bruce was an early hero. Berlin attended the Berklee College of Music for a time and then moved back to New York. For a short period he was in a trio with Allan Holdsworth and Tony Williams.
