Mastodon (US)

Mastodon is an American sludge metal/progressive metal band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1999. The band comprises bassist/vocalist Troy Sanders, guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds, guitarist Bill Kelliher and drummer/vocalist Brann Dailor. They have released seven full-length albums to date, expanding their musical borders from early raw sludgy riffs to later psychedelic multi-layered songs, yet maintaining progressive style with unusual time signatures and odd instrumentation.

Big Business (US)

Big Business is a stoner rock / sludge band formed in 2004. Originally from the Seattle area, the band relocated to Los Angeles in February, 2006. The band is currently signed to the record label they formed, Gold Metal.

Big Business is a power trio composed of Jared Warren of Karp, The Whip and Tight Bros From Way Back When, Coady Willis of The Murder City Devils and Dead Low Tide, and as of 2011, Scott Martin of 400 blows.

In 2006, Jared and Coady were asked to join the Melvins who were once again without a bass player after Kevin Rutmanis had been added to the bassist morgue. Krokodil biography
Krokodil was a Swiss band that emerged in the late 60's as a blues-rock band that put progressive touches into their music. They were of German-Swiss extraction with bassist and guitarist Terry Stevens being the only foreigner in the band, coming form England. They were regarded as the Swiss version of the Groundhogs due to their first album. However, from their 2nd album Swamp they started to introduce a psychedelic sound to their music, a sound which is very much dominant on Invisible World Revealed.
