Anthony d'Amato (US)

Anthony D'Amato (born 27 November 1987 in Blairstown Township, New Jersey) is an American songwriter and singer signed to New West Records. His 2016 album 'Cold Snap' was produced by Mike Mogis and features performances by Conor Oberst and members of Bright Eyes, The Faint, and Cursive.

D'Amato initially gained indie acclaim with his album releases, "Shades of the Prison House" (2009) and "Down Wires", which debuted in October 2010. In 2009, The New York Post included one of D'Amato's songs from "Shades of..." on their year-end "Best of" list and since then he has been increasingly featured in print and online sources including The New York Times, Paste Magazine, Spinner.com, My Old Kentucky Blog, and Slowcoustic.
