Peace and Love Festival


Amaranthe is a Swedish/Danish band, originated from Gothenburg, Sweden, formed in 2008 that fuses melodic metal with pop melodies. Formed by Jake E (Dreamland, Dream Evil) and Olof Mörck (Dragonland, Nightrage), the project began taking shape, when singers Elize Ryd (toured with Kamelot) and Andreas Solvestrom (Cipher System, Within Y), signed on, as did drummer Morten Løwe Sørensen (The Cleansing, Koldborn, Mercenary). Bassist Johan Andreassen (Engel) joined after the photoshoot for the Leave Everything Behind demo but before the recording of the first album Amaranthe.

Evergrey is a melodic metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden.
The band was founded in 1996 and released its debut album The Dark Discovery in 1998.

Evergrey's lyrics have always been of the darker sort. While The Dark Discovery dealt with a variety of ideas, later albums have been concept albums, dealing with issues like self-reformation (Recreation Day), paranoia, alien abduction (In Search of Truth), child abuse, and religion (The Inner Circle).

1) Jason Diakité (born 11 January 1975 in Lund, Sweden), known under the stage name Timbuktu, is a Swedish rapper.

He is from Scania, the southernmost part of Sweden, and raps with a slight scanian accent. Having released four studioalbums and a live album he has firmly established himself as a political rapper, borrowing influences from folk music, American blues as well as music from West Africa and Jamaica. A Tribe Called Quest was Timbuktu's favourite rap group when he was a kid.

Weeping Willows

Swedish band that started out in 1994 as a country/rockabilly band, which then merged with the members of Apache and founded the Weeping Willows. According to their website, " The Weeping Willows have played in cafés for a cup of coffee and they have headlined the biggest Scandinavian festivals. They have stayed the same but they have also changed a lot. They have spread their music further than they could have imagined yet they are still quite anonymous. Joel Alme

Joel Alme (1980) is a pop singer from Gothenburg, Sweden but currently residing in Stockholm.

Alme released his debut album A Master of Ceremonies on April 22, 2008 with "Queen's Corner" being the single. In 2010 he released his second studio album called Waiting for the Bells. He is the former lead singer for Spring in Paris.

When Alme received grant money from the Swedish Arts Council (Kulturrådet) for his second album Waiting for the Bells he said, “it enabled me to use a real strings orchestra and I could spend more time in a very good studio with a good producer, Mattias Glavå.”

In 2015 Joel released his first album in swedish, called Flyktligan
