Squarepusher (UK)

Squarepusher is a pseudonym of Chelmsford, Essex, England, electronic musician Tom Jenkinson (b. 1975), best known for his experimental drum and bass, with a heavy jazz fusion influence. A skilled bassist and multi-instrumentalist, Jenkinson's virtuoso playing is a staple of his music and one of the more obvious affiliations with jazz (although his formal arrangements are often as jazz-derived as his playing). His bass style includes melodic fretless playing, high-speed slap bass and intricate chordal work. The project débuted with Conumber E:P (1995, Spymania) and the latest is Ufabulum (May 2012, Warp).

Youth Lagoon (US)

Trevor Powers, the Idaho musician known as Youth Lagoon, has found what used to be destructive is now what gives him life. "I've never felt truly comfortable. It's this feeling of uneasiness that follows me everywhere I go because my thoughts never shut up," says Powers. "It used to exhaust me, but I've learned discomfort is invaluable. Safety makes us numb. It's when we find ourselves in territories we're unfamiliar with that we can really grow."

Oneohtrix Point Never (US)

Oneohtrix Point Never is the recording name of composer/producer Daniel Lopatin. He is known for creating intricate electronic music that is characterized by its emphasis on melody and hypnotic pacing, conceptually stylized structures and extreme use of audio processing techniques. Early incarnations of OPN date back to the mid 2000s and drew heavily on the stylistic forms of cutout bin ambient and new age records, combined with the structure and abrasiveness of noise music. Yung Lean

Jonatan Leandoer Håstad (born 18 July 1996), better known by his stage name Yung Lean, is a Swedish rapper and record producer. Yung Lean has released two mixtapes, and multiple singles to YouTube under his label Sad Boys Entertainment, including "Ginseng Strip 2002", "Kyoto", and "Yoshi City".

Born in Stockholm and growing up in the city's Södermalm district, Yung Lean began to attract public attention when the music video for his track "Kyoto" skyrocketed in popularity and succeeded over 2 million views on YouTube. Hudson Mohawke (UK)

Hudson Mohawke, (b. Ross Birchard), also known as DJ Itchy, Hudson Mo or Hud Mo, is an Electronic music producer/DJ from Glasgow, Scotland, affiliated with the LuckyMe collective of musicians and artists. He is signed to Warp Records and G.O.O.D. Music. Hudson released his debut album Butter in October 2009.

At the age of 15 Birchard, under the name DJ Itchy, was the youngest ever UK DMC finalist. His earliest gigs as a club DJ were with Glasgow Uni's Subcity Radio where he was part of the culture city kids show and later other shows including Turntable Science with Pro Vinylist Karim and Cloudo's Happy Hardcore show.
