1. The Swedish metal band, Avatar was formed in Gothenburg in 2001 by drummer John Alfredsson and vocalist Christian Rimmi as Lost Soul. After several changes in the line-up, Avatar now consists of John Alfredsson (drums), Johannes Eckerström (vocals), Tim Öhrström (guitar), Jonas Jarlsby (guitar) and Henrik Sandelin (bass).
Sonic Syndicate is a five-piece band from Falkenberg, Sweden who have strong influences from Swedish bands such as In Flames and Soilwork.
The band is now on hold.
Originally formed in 2002 under the name Fallen Angels, by Richard, Roger and Robin Sjunnesson. They recorded three demos, Fall from Heaven, Black Lotus and Extinction.
In 2005 they changed their name to Sonic Syndicate, signed with Pivotal Rockordings, and recorded their debut studio album, Eden Fire.

"The Night Flight Orchestra" started like so many others as an innocent yet serious drunken idea when Björn Strid (Soilwork) and David Andersson (Mean Streak, session Soilwork) were on the road together somewhere in North America in 2007. Björn and David were bonding over what they considered "classic" or not, from rock n roll conspiracies to being arrested in a lobby with nothing but leather pants on. Sister Sin were formed in 2002 in Gothenburg, Sweden. They are a female-fronted four piece with a style reminiscent of Accept and L.A Guns.
Sister Sin released various recordings via smaller indie labels. They issued their first non-indie album Switchblade Serenades via Victory Records in October 2008; it reached number 107 on Top Heatseekers in the first week of release in the US. The band performed two US national tours in support of the album, with bands like Motörhead, Otep, and Ill Niño. Sister Sin also toured Europe with Arch Enemy and played at festivals like Sweden Rock and Norway Rock.
