1) A technical death metal band from Germany.
2) A death-thrash metal band from Germany.
3) A death-thrash metal band from Ecuador.
4) A death metal band from Sweden.

1) German technical progressive death metal band Obscura was founded in 2002 by guitarist/vocalist Steffen Kummerer. The band caused a stir when they - out of nowhere - toured as support for Suffocation on their European tour in 2006 and when they independently released their debut album "Retribution" that same year.

Revocation (US)

Revocation is a Death/Thrash Metal band from Boston, MA, formed in 2006 from Cryptic Warning. They combine the power and aggression of the old-school thrash metal style with the twisted musicianship of technical death metal. After 2 demos, they released their first full-length album, "Sanity's Abberation". A unique display of technical prowess and ferocious energy which came out in 2005. Beyond Creation (CA)

Beyond Creation was created in Montreal, Canada in 2005 under the inspiration of Simon Girard and Nicolas Domingo Viotto. The band has evolved through the years and created its own style of music. After three years of searching for musicians who were passionate about extreme progressive death metal music, Kevin Chartre (co-worker of Simon Girard) introduced Guyot Begin-Benoit to him.
