The Nomads

Several bands over the years have recorded under the name The Nomads.

With over 40 singles and 12 full length recordings over a career spanning almost 30 years, the most prolific and certainly the most long-standing act recording and performing under the name The Nomads is the Swedish rock band whose original members were Hans Östlund (guitar), Nick Vahlberg (bass/guitar and vocals) and Joakim Tärnström (guitar/bass). With drummer Ed Johnson they cut their first single "Psycho" in 1981. Their first album, the mini-LP "Where the Wolfbane Blooms" followed in 1983. Dalaplan is a rock band from Malmö in the south of Sweden, founded in the summer of 2009. The band is known for its energetic live performances, personal, eager lyrics and melodies that get stuck in your head.

Dalaplan released their debut album on record label Gaphals in September 2013. On the 6th of October 2014 Dalaplan will release their second album named ”Plikt och Elände” (Duty and Misery).
