Keiji Haino (JP)

Keiji Haino (灰野敬二) born 1952 in Chiba, Japan, and currently residing in Tokyo, is a Japanese musician whose work has included rock, free improvisation, noise, singer-songwriter, solo percussion, psychedelic, minimalism and drone styles, and covers.

He has been active since the 1970s and continues to record regularly and in new styles. His main instruments of choice have been guitar and vocals, with many other instruments and approaches incorporated into his career’s work. Haino is known for intensely cathartic sound explorations, and much of his work bears an insular singularity, but his output has been so varied as to not always be recognizable as him.

Balázs Pándi

Balázs Pándi (born 1982 or 1983) is a hungarian drummer. He worked and toured with various acts from all around the world including Venetian Snares, Otto von Schirach (under the alias 666 Cent), Last Step, To Live and Shave in L.A., The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, Chief Rebel Angel , the Taktika. He also drummed for The Blood of Heroes project. Most recently he toured with Merzbow (they also made two live record together) and he started an electonica-metal-breakcore project with Bong-Ra and Deformer called Wormskull. Read more on .
