Behind the odd name Steve Buscemi’s Dreamy Eyes you’ll find one of the most promising new bands on the blooming Swedish indie scene. Formed in 2015 after bassist/vocalist Tilde Hansen tweeted out ”Does anyone/anybody know someone who wants to play in a band together with a bassist and a singer (Siri Sjöberg) that haven’t played in a band for a year and are dying of boredom?”, which Elias Mahfoud (guitar/vocals) responded to. Elias then reached out to Edvin Arleskär (drums) whom he had met through an Arctic Monkeys forum, thus making Steve Buscemi's Dreamy Eyes complete.
Debut track 'Desire' was released early 2016 and has since then been followed by three more singles receiving attention from both Sweden’s biggest music sites...

Mama Sonic are a four-piece band from Stockholm. They have been credited with the creation of plonk, a musical sub-genre combining elements of British indie-rock and punk rock. Formed in early 2015, they have released one EP to date, entitled Plonk, and plan to release a second within the year. They have recently released their first music video (set to the track Amasonic from their debut EP) and are scheduling promotional tours in Scandinavia and Germany over the summer.
Mama Sonic consist of childhood friends, Jacob Hallerström, Olof Niklasson and brothers Richard and Martin Wedberg. The four previously rallied behind frontman Jacob Hallerström's self-titled project, which ran from September 2013 until the end of 2014 and re...
Stockholm-based Delsbo Beach Club formed when frontman Erik Björklund moved to Stockholm from northern Swedish city Umeå and began recording a ton of bedroom pop demos. Alexander Kuronen (drums), Max Englund (guitar) and Aron Lange (bass) joined the troop that in October 2017 released their debut single 'All The Way Home' via Rama Lama Records.
The debut single, a fine representation of the band’s expertly crafted sound, finds its irresistible strength in their fuzzy indie pop melodies, with hints of classic garage and surf rock drawing early comparisons to the likes of Mac Demarco and Beach House. Since released it's received praise from Swedish as well as and international sources with CLASH Magazine calling it "A sugar swe...
