Dark Funeral

Dark Funeral is a black metal band from Stockholm, Sweden, founded by guitarists Blackmoon and Lord Ahriman in 1993. They are one of the bands to have emerged in Sweden during the Second wave of black metal.
Their lyrical themes have traditionally pertained to Satanism and anti-Christianity. Certain past and present members including Blackmoon, Ahriman, Caligula and Chaq Mol have each declared an affinity for Satanism, with Ahriman and Caligula notably being practitioners of LaVeyan Satanism. In their earlier years their lyrical themes usually revolved specifically around depictions of Hell and Satan. Carpathian Forest (NO)

Carpathian Forest (previously known as "The Childmolesters", then "Enthrone") emerged with the demo tape "Bloodlust and Perversion" in 1992. In 1993 the band released a second demo: Journey Through the Cold Moors of Svarttjern. The following year, Forest signed to Avantgarde Music and recorded their first EP, Through Chasm, Caves and Titan Woods in 1995, followed by the debut album Black Shining Leather in 1998.

Carpathian Forest played their first concert in 1998 at the Quart Festival, Kristiansand Norway supporting Immortal and Satyricon. This saw the introduction of Vrangsinn. Rotten Sound (FI)

Rotten Sound is a grindcore band which was formed in 1993 in Finland. After a slew of underground releases, singles and EPs, the band unleashed their debut album "Under Pressure" in 1997 on Repulse Records and "Drain" followed in 1998. On year 2002 Rotten Sound released the genre-defining Murderworks (Necropolis/Century Media), one of the corner-stones of modern grindcore and after the release, Rotten Sound found themselves headlining a European tour.

1) Naglfar is a Melodic Black Metal/Blackened Death Metal band from Umeå, Sweden. The group was formed by Jens Rydén and Kristoffer Olivius, originally under the name "Uninterred". The group's style combines traditional Black Metal with certain Melodic Death Metal elements.

In Mourning

In Mourning are a progressive/melodic death metal band from Falun, Sweden, formed in 2000. They started out as a more gothic metal oriented band before developing into their current style. They recorded 5 demos, "In Mourning" (2000), "Senseless" (2002), "Need" (2003), "Confessions of the Black Parasite" (2004) and "Grind Denial" (2006) before signing to Norwegian label Aftermath Music. Their first album "Shrouded Divine" was released on January 2nd, 2008. The album was extremely well-received, especially considering it's a debut album.
