Entombed is a death metal band from Stockholm, Sweden which formed in 1989 after the dissolution of Nihilist. Though Entombed began their career as an early pioneer of Scandinavian death metal, by the early 1990s their sound had broadened to include hard rock and other influences. This new style would eventually be described as Death 'n' Roll, of which Entombed remains arguably the best-known example.
Entombed's debut album was Left Hand Path, a cult favorite that established the band as a popular death metal band. The follow-up, Clandestine, was just as popular. The original members were Patrik Jensen (also member of Witchery) (guitar), Jonas Björler (bass), Adrian Erlandsson (drums), Anders Björler (guitar), and Peter Dolving (vocals). Both of the Björler brothers and Erlandsson were members of seminal melodic death metal band At the Gates, a pioneering force in the Swedish death metal scene.

Walking With Strangers are a progressive metalcore band that formed in Trollhättan, Sweden in 2007 and split in 2013 before reuniting in 2014. They play a unique brand of very technical, progressive metalcore and have been hailed as one of the most promising young metal bands to be on the rise from that country. They released their debut EP, Buried, Dead & Done in 2009 and followed up with their debut album, Hardships in 2011 through Panic & Action, as well as a four-track single in 2012.
