Dead By April

Dead By April is a modern metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden.

The band released a demo in 2007 and another in 2008, and they both leaked out to several peer-to-peer-sites. During this time they also played in local venues around Gothenburg. The demo also spawned one radio single, Falling Behind. In 2008, the band received two awards, both for Best Newcomer, on “Swedish Pop Awards” and “Bandit Rock Awards”

Their first single “Losing You” was released 6 March, 2009 at their MySpace page. The song gained attention to the band by being background music to Expedition Robinson 2009. Icona Pop

Icona Pop are a Swedish duo who were formed in 2009, with electro house, punk and indie pop music influences. The two members, Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo, who grew up in Stockholm, Sweden, wanted to create music "which you can both laugh and cry with at the same time". They signed to TEN Music Group in 2009.

In late 2010, their song "Manners" was featured on Kitsuné Maison Compilation 10. "Manners" was later released as their debut single in 2011. Loreen (born Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui on October 16, 1983 in Västerås, Sweden) is a Swedish singer and music producer of Moroccan-Berber descent, who rose to international fame after winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan, with chart topping "Euphoria". Euphoria reached number one in 18 countries after the victory.

Interested in becoming a musician, she took part in the Idol 2004 television competition, coming fourth overall. The following year she released her first single, "The Snake" together with Rob 'n' Raz. Darin (born Darin Zanyar, June 2, 1987 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Swedish pop singer and songwriter of Kurdish descent and one of Sweden's best-selling artists, with numerous chart topping songs and music albums.

Björn Rosenström

Björn Rosenström was born 1970 in Gothenburg, Sweden. His first album, "Låtar som är sådar", was only spread among friends at first, back in 1996, but as rumour spread it became famous enough for a record label to distribute it in 1997. Within a year 110,000 copies were sold.

Accompanied by a band consisting of brothers and friends, Björn has released six albums by now - one of them being a collection (in 2003).
