Joakim Nilsson, Rikard Edlund (both formerly of Norrsken), Axel Sjöberg, and Truls Mörck formed Graveyard in 2006. When Norrsken disbanded in 2000, guitarist Magnus Pelander went on to form doomy folk metal act Witchcraft and Nilsson and Edlund joined Albatros, a growly blues rock band whose lineup also included Sjöberg on drums. Initially they considered Albatros a hobby project, but after five years the members began taking their music more seriously and had grown dissatisfied with the direction their sound had taken. Hästpojken is a pop band from Gothenburg, Sweden that started out as a duo consisting of Martin Elisson (formerly singer of Bad Cash Quartet) and Lars "Poplars" Malmros (formerly drums in Broder Daniel). During the fall of 2007 the band opened for Sahara Hotnights in their Swedish tour. Their first single "Shane MacGowan" became a MySpace/radio hit, and Hästpojken ("The Horse Boy") released their debut album "Caligula" in January 2008.
Poplars left the band because of personal reasons in April and Nico Janco (of Whyte Seeds) replaced him. The band is no longer a duo either, due to "live members" (Adam Bolméus, Pontus Tenggren, Joel Alme & Nico Janco) being added to the "real" band, too. In the summer of '08 Hästpojken could b...

José González is a Swedish indie folk singer-songwriter of Argentine descent.
The first band he played in was Back Against the Wall, a Gothenburg hardcore punk band influenced by Black Flag, The Misfits and the Dead Kennedys. He later played bass guitar in another hardcore band, Renascence, between 1993–1998. Between 1997-1998 Jose played guitar with rock band Only if You Call Me Jonathan.
In 2003, he released his debut album, Veneer, in Europe. The album was subsequently released in the UK on 25 April 2005, and in the United States on 6 September 2005.
